Job Description:  We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with 8+ years of experience in backend development and reliability engineering. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance while leading infrastructure modernization initiatives, including migration from on-premises environments to AWS cloud. This role requires strong expertise in proactive risk management, cloud architecture, observability, and backend optimization. Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain highly reliable and scalable backend services. Proactively identify potential risks and implement preventive measures to avoid system outages. Optimize application code and infrastructure to improve efficiency and reduce server space usage. Lead and support migration of infrastructure from on-prem environments to AWS. Implement and manage system observability and monitoring using AppDynamics. Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and incident response readiness. Collaborate effectively with internal teams including development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in backend development and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud migration strategies. Proven expertise in observability and monitoring tools, especially AppDynamics. Strong understanding of system performance tuning, scalability, and reliability engineering principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive risk management mindset. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
