<p>Project Officer needed in Rugby</p> <p>This is a temporary role and the rate is £13.69ph PAYE</p> <p>The reference number is:                   RQ1752176</p> <p>The successful candidate will work independently but under the direction of the Housing Services Manager to:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and deliver a review of the Independent Living Services provided by the Council including the redesignation of stock project.</li> <li>Contribute to the review and changes to Lifeline and Out of Hours Services.</li> <li>Assist in the setting up of a successful service level agreement with another Local Authority to deliver property management services to a specific site.</li> <li>Contribute to a review of rents and service charges.</li> <li>Work with the Housing Services and Communities and Project Teams on tenant consultation events.</li> <li>Prepare initiation documents, project briefs, option appraisals, project plans, project risk registers and specifications.</li> <li>Research options for service delivery including recommendations that contain costings and feasibility assessments.</li> </ul> <p><strong>If</strong><strong> you are interested in the role please apply on our website with your CV, alternatively you can email your CV to </strong><strong>Kirsty@essentialemploy.co.uk</strong><strong> quoting the reference number.</strong></p> <p><strong>Essential Employment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
