About the Role

Workster is partnering with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Spanish speaking Country Manager.

Your Role
  • Design and implement business development strategies tailored to the local market, in alignment with broader regional goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities and adapt the company’s value proposition to meet the needs of partners or affiliates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Compliance, Marketing) to create and execute localized promotional campaigns.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a business development team with clear objectives and ongoing performance monitoring.
  • Oversee team performance using CRM systems, dashboards, and regular coaching sessions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Implement acquisition, activation, retention, and support strategies, including referral programs, onboarding processes, and educational sessions.
  • Take ownership of key performance metrics such as revenue growth, client acquisition, partner activation, and retention rates.
  • Ensure accurate and organized CRM data management and prepare consistent performance reports.
  • Provide regular updates on performance, risks, and forecasts to regional leadership.
Your Qualifications
  • Native or fluent in Spanish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as proficiency in English (B2).
  • 6–10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably within digital finance, technology, or other high-growth industries.
  • Proven track record working with partners, affiliates, or commercial networks in regional or emerging markets.
  • Strong leadership experience managing small to mid-sized commercial teams.
  • Analytical and results-driven mindset with expertise in performance metrics and process optimization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
