We are looking for an exceptional Group Director of Finance to play a pivotal role in delivering our financial strategy and supporting the continued success of our College Group. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you’ll provide strategic financial leadership across the organisation, ensuring financial sustainability, robust governance and informed decision-making. This is a high-profile leadership role where you’ll influence strategic direction while leading a broad portfolio.

You are a qualified accountant (or part qualified with commitment to complete) with significant senior finance leadership experience, including financial strategy, long-term planning, treasury, cash flow, risk and governance. An influential and collaborative leader, you combine strong analytical, communication and digital skills with the ability to turn complex financial information into clear, strategic insight that supports effective decision-making.
