<p><strong>Senior Civil Project Engineer – Lakewood, CO (Hybrid)</strong></p>
<p>We are in need of a skilled and dedicated Senior Civil Project Engineer to be part of our team in Lakewood, Colorado. This role will involve leading civil site development projects across the Front Range of Colorado and beyond. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing various engineering projects, guiding junior colleagues, and fostering strong client connections. The ideal individual is proactive, with top-notch technical, organizational, and communication abilities, and flourishes in a cooperative, customer-centric atmosphere.</p>
<p>Primary duties encompass creating master plans, conceptual designs, proposals, and project budgets; acting as the main contact for clients and contractors; supervising AutoCAD/Civil 3D design activities; participating in project meetings; examining submittals and RFIs; providing mentorship to engineering and CAD personnel; and contributing to business growth and client relationship management.</p>
<p>Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program, at least 7 years of experience in site development, and a PE license in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain one within 3 months). Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and familiarity with municipal, commercial, and related site development endeavors are key requirements. Candidates should exhibit effective time management, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to oversee projects autonomously. Prior experience in business development is advantageous.</p>
