Job Description
Support facility operations by designing, improving, and maintaining equipment and systems to ensure safe and efficient production
Evaluate and enhance equipment and facility systems to optimize operational performance
Select and install new machinery while collaborating with suppliers and contractors throughout the process
Test and commission equipment to verify proper functionality and compliance with specifications
Manage maintenance capital equipment initiatives and resolve related issues
Plan and oversee projects from inception to completion, including budget development and timeline management
Develop detailed project scopes and cost estimates to support planning and decision-making
Supervise contractor work and enforce safety practices on-site
Design and maintain plant floor layouts utilizing Autodesk Inventor (3D CAD)
Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of relevant engineering experience
Proficiency in 3D CAD software packages, with preference for Autodesk Inventor
BS in Engineering required
