About the Role

The  Project Manager for nuclear engineering services and EPC projects will function in a mid-level project manager capacity. You will own multiple medium to large services and/or larger EPC projects encompassing existing plant modifications, Extended Power Uprate (EPU) projects, small modular reactor (SMR) deployment, and the restart and life extension of nuclear plants. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:    Provide technical support for client projects with design review services, design engineering services, and development engineering support.  Support client projects with feasibility studies, and cost estimates.  Provide proposal support for client projects with technical specification preparation, RFP support, and bid evaluation support.  Oversee EPC contractors for client projects.     Please note: This role will report to the client site located in Richland, WA. By joining our business, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of helping our clients with the most innovative energy solutions.  Key Responsibilities Actively promotes nuclear and industrial safety culture.  Oversees planning, developing, and tracking of Services and/or EPC projects including areas of execution performance, financial metrics, schedule adherence, quality outcomes, contractual compliance, safety performance, and client satisfaction.  Manages all aspects of proposals and opportunity pursuits for small to medium Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC)/Service projects.  Works with Discipline Engineers, Subject Matter Experts, and Construction Managers to execute projects to a high standard commensurate with the nuclear industry.  Manages escalated problems or issues.  Management Responsibilities Acts as a project manager. Among responsibilities is management of a project team. The individual comprising this team may vary by project. Preferred Qualifications 10-15 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility.  Experience with Nuclear power projects.  Engineering Services or EPC Project Management experience.  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.  Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
