Graduate Recruitment Researcher

Mason Blake, a 20 years established recruitment consulting agency is looking for a Graduate Recruitment Researcher to join their London office. Mason Blake is dedicated to consulting clients and helping candidates in achieving their recruitment potential in the investment management industry. Successful applications may rotate around the 3 main recruitment offerings sectors, consisting of Investments, Products and Distribution.     The Graduate Recruitment Researcher will take responsibility for the following duties: Researching new recruitment opportunities within the investment management industry and expanding related knowledge through consistent training Producing recruitment advertisements, understanding client requirements, analysing CVs and conducting interviews to select and pair the right candidate to the right client requests Maintaining clients and candidates relationships through participating in meetings and conducting interviews Developing leads and candidate referrals through existing candidates and clients. Updating client/candidate database (RBD) and ensuring its accuracy     The Graduate Recruitment Researcher will meet the following skillset: A recent graduate from a reputable university Highly self-motivated and has a strong ability in building and maintaining customer relationships Proven experience meeting targets or deadlines in previous work experiences, ideally with some prior customer service/sales experience Have strong attention to detail, highly organised, capable of prioritising and balancing workflow.     This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious University leaver looking to start their career in a vibrant, collaborative and distinctive investment management-focused recruitment consulting business, offering consistent training and development along with excellent benefits and a clear career progression.
