<p>A well-established engineering consultancy is seeking a talented <strong>Structural Engineer</strong> to join their London team, delivering a wide variety of building structures projects across residential, commercial, education, cultural and mixed-use sectors.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Undertake structural design and analysis across steel, concrete, timber and masonry structures</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Prepare and review calculations, drawings, design reports and specifications</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work closely with architects, clients and other consultants throughout concept to construction stages</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Attend design meetings, site visits and inspections</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Contribute to the coordination of multidisciplinary project teams</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support and mentor junior engineers where necessary</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards and project requirements</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>3–7+ years’ experience in a structural engineering design environment</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Good understanding of UK building design codes (Eurocodes/BS)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proficient in structural analysis software (e.g., Tekla, Tedds, Robot, Etabs, SAFE, SCIA or similar)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong communication and coordination skills</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (MEng preferred)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Working toward chartership (or already Chartered) with IStructE/ICE</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Keen interest in good design, sustainability and buildability</p>
</li>
</ul>
