The position involves migrating R scripts into the War Data Platform, enhancing ETL processes, creating reports and visualizations in Qlik Sense, translating business needs into data solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Migrate R scripts into the War Data Platform to transition manual ETL processes into the cloud
• Assist in improving ETL processes to support dashboards and reporting
• Create reports and visualizations in Qlik Sense to communicate insights
• Work with teams to translate requirements into data-driven solutions
• Build and implement new visualizations and metrics for leadership

• 3+ years’ experience as a data analyst or data scientist, including hands-on use of Databricks, R, Python, and Spark
• Proficiency in Qlik
• Experience using AI tools to improve product quality and delivery speed
• Ability to translate policy and program requirements into data artifacts and visualizations
• Ability to manage backlog, tasks, and client communications proactively
• High attention to detail and visual design skills
• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Experience with cloud data structures such as AWS S3, delta, and external tables
• Experience building end-to-end data pipelines in Databricks and integrating legacy systems
• Experience presenting technical information to diverse audiences and senior leaders
• Experience working in military environments or with military personnel
