About the Role
<p><strong>Property Management Administrator – South Croydon – £30,000 – £34,000 DOE</strong></p>
<p>My client, a Property Management company based in South Croydon are seeking a proactive Property Management Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, be proficient in various software tools and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.</p>
<p>This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication across the organisation. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organisational excellence is valued and encouraged.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management.</li>
<li>Prepare and organise documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office.</li>
<li>Handle data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.</li>
<li>Respond to phone calls with professional etiquette, screening and directing enquiries as appropriate.</li>
<li>Assist with general office duties including filing, photocopying, and organising supplies.</li>
<li>Coordinate communication between departments, clients, and external vendors to facilitate efficient operations.</li>
<li>Support property-related administrative tasks such as lease documentation, maintenance schedules and tenant correspondence.</li>
<li>Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks</li>
<li>Coordinate communication between tenants, property owners, vendors, business partners and internal teams</li>
<li>Maintain property records, contracts, leases, and confidential documents</li>
<li>Dealing with Solicitors and the Mortgage Brokers during the property Refinance and the purchases</li>
<li>Providing information’s to banks for annual reviews</li>
</ul>
<p> <strong>Skills and Experience Required:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven administrative experience, preferably within a property management or real estate environment.</li>
<li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace applications.</li>
<li>Experience using Xero to obtain information for the management is desirable.</li>
<li>Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Previous clerical experience including filing, document preparation, and office administration.</li>
<li>Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.</li>
<li>Fast typing skills with a good command of organisational tools and software platforms.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Salary:</strong> £30,000 – £34,000 DOE<br /> <strong>Working Hours:</strong> Monday to Thursday 9am – 6pm, Fridays finish at 5pm, Office Based, onsite parking available</p>
