This is a high-impact role focused on shaping a modern, scalable, cloud-native platform while keeping existing systems stable and performant during the transition. What you'll be doing •Leading and growing a backend/platform engineering team •Driving cloud adoption and modern engineering practices (CI/CD, observability, etc.) •Overseeing platform architecture and backend services at scale •Collaborating with cross functional teams to improve reliability and developer experience •Playing a key role in a large-scale platform transformation What they're looking for •Strong background in backend/platform engineering •Proven experience managing engineering teams •Experience with cloud environments (GCP prefered) •Solid understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures •Ability to balance hands-on technical input with strategic leadership This is a great opportunity to lead a major platform evolution in a product-led environment with real scale and complexity.
