Performing Arts Coach - Northampton Start Date: September 2026 | Full-Time | PermanentAre you a creative and enthusiastic Performing Arts Coach with a passion for inspiring young people through drama, dance, and performance?Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a number of vibrant secondary schools in Northampton who are seeking a full-time, permanent Performing Arts Coach to join their expressive arts departments from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in drama, dance, musical theatre, or wider performance work who is looking to build a long-term career in education and the arts.In this exciting role, you will deliver engaging and inclusive Performing Arts sessions across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting students to develop confidence, teamwork, communication skills, and a genuine enjoyment of performance both inside and outside the classroom.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging practical sessions in drama, dance, and/or performanceSupport curriculum-based Performing Arts lessons alongside teaching staffLead and support extra-curricular clubs, rehearsals, and school productionsEncourage creativity, collaboration, and self-expression among studentsAssist in organising school performances, showcases, and creative eventsSupport student engagement, confidence-building, and participation in the artsContribute to the wider life and success of the Performing Arts departmentYou'll Be a Great Fit If You:Have experience working with young people in Performing Arts (school, youth theatre, or community settings)Hold a relevant qualification in Drama, Dance, Performing Arts, or a related field (desirable but not essential)Are passionate about using the arts to inspire and develop young peopleHave strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skillsAre confident managing groups of students in a structured and positive wayEnjoy working as part of a creative and collaborative teamWhat's on Offer:A full-time, permanent Performing Arts Coach position starting September 2026Opportunity to work within supportive secondary schools in NorthamptonCompetitive salary, dependent on experienceOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesA clear pathway into long-term school-based or education careersA rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact through the artsIf you are ready to take the next step in your career and inspire young people through Performing Arts in Northampton, we would love to hear from you.Apply today to be considered for this exciting Performing Arts Coach opportunity starting September 2026.
