We are now consolidating our local presence in Greece. Under the leadership of the Country Manager we are assembling a dynamic team that will anchor our next phase of growth in the region.

We are looking for the Cross-Dock Employee at a local Meest warehouse who will be responsible for the handling and processing of parcels within the facility. Key duties include sorting, labeling, and preparing parcels for distribution based on destinations. The role ensures timely readiness of shipments for courier pickup.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort incoming and outgoing shipments based on destination routes.
• Label and prepare parcels for dispatch according to established schedules.
• Ensure efficient parcel flow and readiness for handover to couriers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cross-docking area.
• Follow warehouse safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents.
• Support operational staff during peak hours or urgent sorting tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
• Valid license to operate high-lift warehouse trucks (forklifts) is required.
• Basic knowledge of parcel handling and logistics operations.
• Good physical condition and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsibility, punctuality, and ability to work in a team.
