We automate the compliance decisions that stop money laundering and terrorism financing — at scale, in production, on real cases.</span></p><p><span>Now we’re scaling our European footprint, and we’re looking for the person to lead it from Poland (our HQ is in Warsaw — you can be based anywhere in the country).</span></p><h4><span>The Role</span></h4><p><span>Reporting directly to our CEO, you’ll own the full go-to-market for Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions across Europe — from pipeline to close.</span></p><p><span>This is a role for someone who lives on planes. You’ll be based in Poland and on the ground roughly 70% of the time with banks across the UK, DACH, Nordics, Benelux, and Southern Europe — building relationships, running deal cycles, closing.</span></p><h4><span>What You’ll Do</span></h4><ul><li><p><span>Drive multi-million dollar, multi-year deals through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across European markets</span></p></li><li><p><span>Act as a strategic advisor to Chief Risk Officers (CROs) and Chief Compliance Officers (CCOs), aligning AI capabilities with their regulatory and risk priorities</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build and close pipeline through extensive travel across Europe (~70%)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with product and executive leadership to shape proposals that win</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with our teams in Asia and the US on global accounts with European presence</span></p></li></ul><h4><span>What We’re Looking For</span></h4><ul><li><p><span>5+ years in enterprise sales, with 3+ years closing complex enterprise-grade software or high-stakes business solutions</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience selling into regulated financial institutions across multiple European markets</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to make sophisticated AI commercially tangible for non-technical buyers</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluent English & French</span></p></li><li><p><span>Domain knowledge in AML, FinCrime, or RegTech a plus</span></p></li><li><p><span>Based in Poland and comfortable with ~70% travel across time zones</span></p></li></ul><h4><span>What We Offer</span></h4><ul><li><p>Base 40,000–55,000 PLN / month+ with commission accelerators above quota.
