Deputy Children's Home Manager - Middleton Cheney (Near Banbury) Salary: £37,562 - £38,827 + £46.01 per sleep-in Location: Middleton Cheney, near Banbury Contract: Full-Time, Permanent We are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Children's Home Manager to support the leadership of a 3-bed children's residential home. You will work alongside the Registered Manager to ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and compliance while supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs to achieve positive outcomes.
