Daily communication with customers and global partners in French, English and Spanish . Coordinating documentation and monitoring shipment progress. Proactively handling changes, delays or exceptions. Safeguarding agreements, timelines and cost control. Advising customers on logistics solutions and alternatives. Profiel Proven experience as a freight forwarder, ideally within seafreight. Fluent in French, English and Spanish (spoken and written). Comfortable working independently with full responsibility for files. Able to keep oversight in an international, fast‑paced environment.
