Overview:
As a Field Operator II, you will be at the forefront of our field operations, managing critical equipment and supporting production systems in northeast Midland. Your hands-on skills and industry knowledge will ensure smooth operations, safety, and efficiency. Required Skills:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in field operations, with a focus on pumpers, gas lift systems, ESPs, and plungers
• Strong computer literacy to manage operational data and reports
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols diligently
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and field personnel

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certifications related to safety, hydraulics, or equipment operation
• Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining a variety of well completions and production systems
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar field operator role within the energy sector

Other Requirements:

• Must be a local resident in or near Midland/Big Spring/Stanton, TX
• Availability to work a shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch
• Ability to commit to a long-term engagement, with potential extension beyond 12 months
