Addresses in partnership and collaboration with other health care professionals the patient's wellness, acute illness, chronic disease, disability, and end -of-life needs. Responsible for patient advocacy, coordination of nursing and other health services, implementation of nursing services and continuity of care. Provides patient education when needed.</font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman"><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS/PREFERRENCES:</b></font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required, and current unrestricted Wisconsin RN license required. None required; at least one year medical/surgical nursing preferred. CPR certification required.
