<strong>Resident Advisor – £12.71 per hour – Temporary – Multiple London Sites</strong><br><br>A leading student accommodation provider is seeking temporary Resident Advisors to support operations across various London locations.<br><br><strong>These roles will run over the next few months, offering full-time and part-time shifts across 7 days per week, paid at £12.71 per hour.</strong><br><br><strong>About the Role</strong><br>The Resident Advisor will act as the first point of contact for residents, delivering exceptional customer service via email, phone and face‑to‑face. Responsibilities include:<br><ul><li>Supporting the check‑in and check‑out process</li><ul><li>Ensuring rooms are clean, prepared and ready for new arrivals</li><li>Assisting residents with luggage and general enquiries</li><li>Maintaining a welcoming, professional and efficient front‑of‑house environment</li></ul></ul><strong>About You</strong><br>The ideal Resident Advisor will bring:<br><ul><li>Front‑of‑house experience in a customer‑facing role</li><ul><li>Customer service experience in a people‑focused environment</li><li>Confidence using Microsoft Office and general IT systems</li><li>Strong ability to handle queries and provide appropriate solutions</li><li>Clear, confident verbal and written communication</li><li>Excellent organisation and time‑management</li><li>Ability to work independently and proactively</li><li>A polite, friendly and approachable manner</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills</li></ul></ul>
