Returns & Sales Support Specialist Location Remote (in Ohio) Compensation & Schedule • $22/hr • Full-time; standard business hours • W2 employment • Start Date: 06/01/2026 Role Impact: The Returns & Sales Support Specialist drives accurate and timely resolution of product return and recall requests, ensuring alignment with company and vendor policies. This position plays a key role in supporting sales teams and customers by maintaining service levels, reducing processing errors, and protecting the overall customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Evaluate and process return authorization requests, including recall and exception scenarios • Oversee complete return lifecycle for stock, special order, and direct-ship items • Issue return shipping documentation and labels for approved transactions • Partner with vendors and manufacturers to secure return approvals when required • Respond to return-related inquiries from customers and internal sales teams while meeting service targets Minimum Qualifications • Experience in customer service, sales support, or returns coordination within a high-volume setting • Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and ability to learn enterprise systems quickly Core Tools & Systems • Microsoft Outlook • IBM AS400 (enterprise resource planning system) • IBS XT Client (distribution and inventory management platform) • Salesforce CRM (customer relationship management system) Preferred Skills • Background in animal health or veterinary distribution • Experience managing vendor-directed return processes • Familiarity with multi-location or acquisition-based organizations Legal Notice By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
