I&L Service Person(s)

Firm that provides services to real estate investors and lenders is seeking a qualified person to provide services that include:<br />   <ul> <li>Preparing property condition reports,</li> <li>Providing project monitoring services including design document review, construction monitoring, problem identification and resolution, and preparation of detailed reports, and</li> <li>Procuring and managing subconsultants as needed</li> </ul>  <br /> Candidates must have<br />   <ul> <li>Experience preparing property condition reports,</li> <li>Experience providing project monitoring services,</li> <li>Experience managing design and construction of private real estate projects,</li> <li>Advanced computer skills, and</li> <li>Experience writing clear and easy to understand reports.</li> </ul>  <br /> Initially, this will be a part-time position.<br />
