Tenancy SpecialistNorth London | Office-Based | £29,000-£35,000 The OpportunityAn independent, forward-thinking property business is looking for a Tenancy Specialist to join their team. With a relaxed, non-corporate feel but a highly professional and technology-driven approach, the business delivers a high standard of service without being overly target-driven.This is a fast-paced, high-volume role at the centre of the lettings team, offering real responsibility and the opportunity to grow.The RoleYou'll manage the tenancy journey from offer agreed through to move-in, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and well-organised process for both residents and owners.Initially focused on new deals, the role will expand into renewals and wider tenancy coordination over time.Key responsibilities include:Progressing new tenancies from offer through to move-inCoordinating and chasing referencing (credit, employment, landlord checks)Preparing tenancy agreements and supporting documentationEnsuring all compliance requirements are met (Right to Rent, deposits, certificates)Registering deposits and issuing prescribed informationManaging communication with residents and owners throughoutCoordinating inventories, check-ins, and handovers to property managementMaintaining accurate records using systems such as Reapit and GoodlordWhat to expect:A high-volume environment A role that requires strong organisation and attention to detailClose collaboration with a supportive and experienced teamAbout YouThis role suits someone who is organised, proactive, and thrives in a busy environment.You will likely be:Highly detail-oriented with strong administrative skillsComfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasksA confident communicator with a customer-first mindsetProfessional, but also personable and team-focusedPositive, energetic, and keen to get involvedExperience:Property or lettings experience is preferred, but not essentialFamiliarity with Reapit and/or Goodlord is a bonusTransferable experience in a fast-paced, process-driven role will be consideredThe EnvironmentIndependent businessCollaborative, social team with a non-corporate cultureNot target-heavy, but high standards and high volumeRegular socials (quarterly events, quizzes, drinks)Ongoing training This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern, well-run agency where you'll be supported, trusted, and given room to grow within a genuinely positive team environment.Reach out
