NEW SUPPLY TEACHING OPPORTUNITUIES

Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact in Key Stage 2? We are currently seeking a committed KS2 TA to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Rugby, Warwickshire, working four days per week in a long-term role.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils at a crucial stage in their learning, helping to build confidence, reinforce core skills, and prepare them for the next step in their education. You'll be working closely with experienced teachers in a welcoming environment where staff are valued, and teamwork is key.
Whether you're an experienced TA or looking to further develop your skills within KS2, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the classroom

WHAT WOULD THE ROLE ENTAIL?

- Support Teaching and Learning:

Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons across Key Stage 2, helping pupils stay engaged and understand key concepts.

- Provide 1:1 and Small Group Support:

Work with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning in core subjects such as English and Maths.

- Support Pupil Progress:

Observe pupils during lessons, identify where they may need extra help, and provide feedback to the teacher.

WHAT DO YOU REQUIRE?

* QTS
* A solid knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
* A minimum of 2 years UK teaching assistant experience
* References covering the last 2 years of employment
* An enhanced DBS on the update service
* Up-to-date safeguarding training
