About the Role
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate quotes and processing orders efficiently.
Assist customers with material selection, labor estimates, and determining optimal usage for cut-to-length or custom-sized items.
Source and purchase non-stock materials from external vendors to meet customer needs.
Coordinate and schedule timely deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Apply basic math skills daily for measurements, quantities, and estimating project requirements.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to support a diverse customer base.
Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using basic math for daily sales and estimating tasks.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
Previous sales or material-handling experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
