COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay: Up to $40.00/hour (W2 Contract)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST

ROLE IMPACT
The Specialty Programs Analyst supports critical specialty program operations that improve product access, inventory optimization, and customer commitments across the healthcare supply chain. This role partners with cross-functional teams to execute specialty program workflows, maintain operational accuracy, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement. Success is measured by reliable program execution, data-driven decision making, and the effective use of AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and consistency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute Auto Substitution, Sequestration Replenishment, and Fair Share allocation workflows to improve inventory utilization, product availability, and operational performance.
• Maintain SAP configuration, substitution rules, material mapping, inventory movements, replenishment activities, and allocation controls.
• Monitor workflow execution, validate data, resolve issues, escalate risks, and ensure timely completion of operational activities.
• Partner with Portfolio, Pricing, Clinical, Buyers, Distribution Centers, Customer Care, Sales, and Master Data teams to support business objectives and customer commitments.
• Analyze program performance using SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft tools while leveraging AI-enabled technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve workflow efficiency, documentation, reporting, analysis, and decision support.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Operations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supporting specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical distribution, allocation, substitution, inventory management, replenishment, supply chain operations, or related business processes.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools alongside Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, or comparable business systems to improve operational efficiency and decision making.

PREFERRED SKILLS
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, healthcare distribution, supply chain, analytics, or program management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting continuous process improvement.
