The book includes both personal lines and high net worth clients, so it would suit someone who is confident with day-to-day servicing but wants to step into a more polished, client-led environment.

What you will be doing

• Handling personal lines and high net worth accounts
• Managing renewals, adjustments and general client servicing
• Speaking with clients and insurers to keep cover accurate and competitive
• Looking after an existing book and maintaining service standards

What they are looking for

• Personal lines insurance experience
• Confidence dealing with renewals and client queries
• A professional, organised approach
• Someone ready to step into a more established account handling role
