Process Operator – Calender Manufacturing

Manufacturing Environment | 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights)

We are looking for a reliable Process Operator to join a busy manufacturing team within a Calender production environment.

This is a hands-on role working as part of a fast-paced team, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.

Key Duties:

· Operate machinery within the calender process

· Carry out safety checks and follow SOPs

· Ensure high-quality output and accurate documentation

· Maintain a clean and safe working environment

· Support production targets and continuous improvement

About You:

· Manufacturing/production experience preferred

· Strong attention to detail

· Able to work 12-hour shifts (days & nights)

· Team player with a strong safety focus

· Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
