The role Our client, a leading law firm with a top-ranked private wealth practice, is looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join their Onshore Private Wealth team on a permanent, full-time basis. You'll work on high-quality private client matters spanning wealth planning, trusts and succession, reporting to the Onshore Private Client Partners.
Key responsibilities- Manage a caseload of onshore private client matters, including wealth and succession planning
- Advise clients on trusts, tax and related private wealth issues
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients and their families
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups on complex matters
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail under demanding deadlines
- Contribute ideas and support the wider team's development
What you'll need Essential:
- Ideally 4–5 years' PQE of relevant, predominantly onshore private client experience, gained at a top-tier London or top-tier provincial firm
- Strong appreciation of onshore private client work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise a busy workload
- A proactive, "can-do" approach and ability to work calmly under pressure
- Comfortable interacting with people at all levels
Salary & benefits Salary: £85,000 - £120,000
