Salary: £40,000 – £44,000
Travel Time: 30 minutes each way
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
On Call: 1 in 5
Overtime: Unlimited

HVAC Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a leading Facilities Management provider in the North West. They deliver first-class engineering services across a portfolio of brand newly refurbished, high-spec commercial office buildings.

These are fantastic, modern sites with state-of-the-art systems - a great environment for an engineer who takes pride in their work and wants to work in clean, professional surroundings.

The Role

As a Multiskilled Engineer, you will predominantly cover premium office buildings in Manchester three days per week, with the remainder of your time supporting similar high-quality sites across the North West.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on newly refurbished, technically advanced systems within impressive commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and fault-finding on electrical and HVAC systems.

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works

• Minor installations and remedial works

• Supporting general HVAC and building services tasks where required

• Maintaining high standards across prestigious, newly refurbished office environments

• Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations

• Participation in the on-call rota (1 in 5)

• Access to unlimited overtime opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a multiskilled engineer

• F-Gas qualified (preferred)

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability

• Experience within commercial office environments preferred

• Professional attitude and pride in delivering high standards

• Full UK driving licence
