SEN Primary Teacher (KS1 & KS2) - Milton Keynes
Salary: £30,000 - £52,000 (dependent on experience)

Are you a compassionate and dedicated SEN teacher looking to make a real difference in Milton Keynes?

Simply Education are working with a range of inclusive and supportive primary schools and specialist settings across Milton Keynes who are seeking qualified SEN teachers to work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. These roles are available on a long-term basis, offering rewarding opportunities to support pupils with additional needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who are passionate about inclusive education and have experience supporting children with a variety of special educational needs, and learning difficulties.

The role will involve:
* Teaching pupils across KS1 and KS2 with a range of additional needs
* Planning and delivering differentiated, engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs
* Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
* Implementing EHCP targets and working closely with SENCOs and support staff
* Creating a nurturing, structured, and inclusive learning environment
* Using a variety of strategies to manage behaviour positively and effectively

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with SEN pupils in a primary setting
* Strong understanding of different learning needs and strategies to support them
* Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
* A patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
