<div class="trix-content"> <h1>Customer Success Manager – Spray Drones</h1><div>Position Summary<br><br> </div><div>DMR Technologies is seeking a relationship-driven <strong>Customer Success Manager – Spray Drones</strong> to become the primary point of contact for our growing network of agricultural equipment dealers, commercial operators, and drone customers.<br><br> </div><div>Once a customer purchases a DMR spray drone—or a dealership joins our dealer network—your mission begins.<br><br> </div><div>You will help customers confidently launch, operate, demonstrate, support, and grow their drone programs. Whether you're onboarding a 20-location agricultural dealership, training a first-time drone owner, assisting a commercial applicator, or helping troubleshoot a field issue, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers succeed long after the sale.<br><br> </div><div>This position combines customer success, account management, technical support, product demonstrations, and relationship building into one highly visible role.<br><br> </div><h1>What You'll Do</h1><div>Customer Success<br><br> </div><ul> <li> Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned dealer and customer accounts. </li> <li> Build long-term partnerships through proactive communication and regular follow-up. </li> <li> Ensure customers remain engaged and successful after purchasing DMR equipment. </li> <li> Identify opportunities for additional equipment, accessories, training, and services. </li> </ul><div>Dealer Development<br><br> </div><ul> <li> Onboard new agricultural equipment dealers. </li> <li> Conduct dealership launch meetings. </li> <li> Help dealers develop their drone sales strategy. </li> <li> Train dealership personnel on DMR products. </li> <li> Support dealers during their first demonstrations and customer deliveries. </li> </ul><div>Customer Training<br><br> </div><ul> <li> Conduct product demonstrations. </li> <li> Deliver train-the-trainer sessions. </li> <li> Help first-time drone operators become confident users. </li> <li> Assist with startup, maintenance, firmware updates, and best practices. </li> <li> Support both in-person and virtual training. </li> </ul><div>Customer Support<br><br> </div><div>Be the first call when customers need help.<br><br> </div><div>Examples include:<br><br> </div><ul> <li> "My drone won't arm." </li> <li> "A nozzle broke." </li> <li> "I'm getting an error message." </li> <li> "How do I update firmware?" </li> <li> "Can someone help me quote a spray job?" </li> <li> "How do I calibrate my aircraft?" </li> </ul><div>You won't be expected to know every answer—but you will own the customer relationship and coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Production, or Technical Support until issues are resolved.<br><br> </div><div>Travel & Field Support<br><br> </div><ul> <li> Travel throughout the United States to support dealers and customers. </li> <li> Conduct site visits and product demonstrations. </li> <li> Attend trade shows and customer events. </li> <li> Assist Sales with key account launches and strategic opportunities. </li> </ul><div>Expected travel: <strong>25–50%<br></strong><br> </div><h1>Preferred Background</h1><div>This role may be an excellent fit for someone with experience in:<br><br> </div><ul> <li> Agricultural equipment </li> <li> Precision agriculture </li> <li> Customer Success </li> <li> Account Management </li> <li> Territory Support </li> <li> Heavy equipment </li> <li> Farm equipment </li> <li> Construction equipment </li> <li> Industrial distribution </li> <li> Drone operations </li> <li> Aviation </li> <li> Technical sales </li> </ul><h1>Qualifications</h1><div>Preferred<br><br> </div><ul> <li> FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (or willingness to obtain) </li> <li> Excellent communication and presentation skills </li> <li> Strong relationship-building ability </li> <li> Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn drone technology </li> <li> Comfortable speaking to groups and conducting demonstrations </li> <li> Organized and self-directed </li> <li> CRM experience </li> <li> Valid driver's license </li> <li> Willingness to travel </li> </ul><h1>What Success Looks Like</h1><div>Within your first year, you will:<br><br> </div><ul> <li> Successfully onboard new dealers and customers. </li> <li> Build trusted relationships across DMR's customer base. </li> <li> Improve dealer confidence and product knowledge. </li> <li> Increase repeat equipment purchases. </li> <li> Help customers resolve issues quickly and professionally. </li> <li> Become the trusted face of DMR after the sale. </li> </ul><h1>Why This Position Exists</h1><div>DMR's Sales Team is responsible for earning new business.<br><br> </div><div>The <strong>Customer Success Manager</strong> ensures every customer is positioned for long-term success.<br><br> </div><div>Rather than simply delivering a drone and moving on, you'll help dealers, commercial operators, and farmers confidently adopt drone technology, grow their businesses, and become long-term advocates for DMR.</div> </div>
