About the Role
Aspire People are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming school with an SNRB provision from September.
This rewarding role will involve supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), both on a 1:1 basis and within small group settings. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping students access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their individual targets within a supportive and inclusive environment.
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience working with children or young people with SEN, particularly ASD
Be patient, nurturing, and adaptable
Be confident supporting pupils both individually and in small groups
Work effectively as part of a wider school team
Be committed to making a positive impact on pupils' learning and wellbeing
