$24M Purchase of Johnson Controls International’s Property Complete
Johnson Controls has completed the $24 million sale of its block of downtown Milwaukee buildings. In January, the company put the block up for sale to relocate nearly 1,300 employees to its Glendale corporate campus. We have purchased the block and will use the next two years to work on redevelopment concepts.
