Alison Thewliss MSP is looking for an Office Manager to join her team. This role will provide Alison with administrative and operational support, ensuring the effective day-to-day running of her busy constituency office. The postholder will supervise staff, manage budgets, and oversee office resources, premises, and compliance requirements, including health & safety and data protection.
A strong working knowledge of the Glasgow Central constituency would be advantageous to support effective constituent engagement and local stakeholder relationships. Within this role, you will lead office operations to ensure efficient delivery of all parliamentary and constituency activities on Alison’s behalf.
