Product Specialist

Sirius Staffing is seeking a Product Specialist for a contract opportunity in Allentown, PA. Pay: $37.78/hour   Responsibilities: Evaluate and execute product orders for high-purity specialty gas and chemical delivery systems. Configure equipment to meet customer specifications, safety standards, and functional requirements. Process equipment orders, including standard and highly customized configurations. Create and maintain product documentation including bills of materials (BOMs), specifications, and schematics for manufacturing and customer use. Support the sales team by providing technical guidance on scope, configuration, and pricing for engineered-to-order systems. Configure equipment software to align with mechanical and system specifications. Assist with new product integration into manufacturing operations. Provide technical support during the design and manufacturing phases, collaborating with operations, production planning, and quality teams. Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce product costs through continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering field. 1+ years of experience working with mechanical or electrical systems in a manufacturing environment. Ability to interpret technical drawings, system specifications, and engineering documentation. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
