Ready to bring your food innovation ideas to life? This is your chance to join a fast-paced NPD team working closely with a major retailer, taking products from concept all the way to launch.

You’ll play a key role in developing exciting new products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality launches that make an impact on shelves. From creating concepts and samples to leading trials and customer presentations, no two days will be the same.

What we’re looking for:

• Passion for food and product innovation
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Experience in NPD (ideally within a fast-paced food environment)
• Ability to work to deadlines and thrive under pressure

Driving isn’t essential — just a bonus.

up to £40k 

Predominantly onsite role, however there will be room for flex.
