This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, drives efficiency through continuous improvement, and leads by example.</p> <p>As Warehouse Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business goals. You’ll manage storage, goods in and out, stock, dispatch, with a focus on KPIs, process optimisation, and safety standards.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Manage all warehouse operations, from inbound deliveries to outbound shipments</p> <p>Drive a culture of continuous improvement, using lean methodologies where appropriate</p> <p>Maintain accurate inventory control and implement stock management processes</p> <p>Monitor, report and act on KPIs, ensuring targets are met or exceeded</p> <p>Ensure full compliance with H&amp;S, quality, and operational standards</p> <p>Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams</p> <p>What We’re Looking For:</p> <p>Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role</p> <p>Strong understanding of warehouse processes and inventory systems</p> <p>A data-led approach to performance management and improvement</p> <p>Experience with WMS systems and Excel reporting (Knowledge or Experience)</p> <p>Excellent leadership and communication skills</p> <p>A commitment to health &amp; safety compliance</p> <p>Ready to lead with process and purpose?<br /> Apply now to join our growing team in Basildon.</p>
