Customer Hire Desk Administrator
Location: Warrington
Salary: £24,000 – £29,000 per annum + Bonus
Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Hire Desk Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced team based in Warrington. This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary, bonus potential, and the chance to work within a well-established company in the hire industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling high volumes of on-hire and off-hire enquiries via phone, email, and online systems
  • Managing a large flow of incoming calls and emails, ensuring fast and efficient responses
  • Dealing with supplier issues and ensuring timely resolutions
  • Liaising with internal departments to maintain a smooth end-to-end hire process
  • Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining accurate hire records
  • Ensuring all hire documentation and processes are completed to a high standard

About You

  • Experience within a hire desk, plant hire, or equipment rental environment is desirable
  • Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
  • Confident using phone, email, and internal systems
  • Able to manage a heavy workload and think on your feet in a busy office
  • Proactive, professional, and a strong team player
