In addition, we offer an exciting framework program that helps you to systematically develop important skills and maximize your career opportunities.
Become part of our community and actively shape your professional future!
Supporting program
In addition to a joint kick-off, networking and closing event, 3 exclusive workshops (3 hours each) are offered for the mentees. Here, the individual current situation as well as the strengths and competencies of the mentees are systematically developed. In addition, the participants develop individual strategies to communicate their own strengths and successes convincingly to the outside world and to present themselves accordingly.
Tandem partner
Each mentee is assigned an experienced scientist (mentor). The mentor passes on her own experience and professional and informal knowledge to her mentee and provides advice and support in developing career prospects. Mentee and mentor meet regularly and organize these meetings individually. These meetings are the main component of the program and a prerequisite for participation in the supporting program.
Networking
Participants build up their personal network during the events by networking with mentors and other mentees.
The program for the Josephine Mentoring Program 2025 is currently still being planned. As soon as we start the program, we will inform you here about the process, dates and application options.
