The opportunity
- You'll manage a client services team while staying hands-on with renewals, MTAs and new business. It is a broad role with real influence across service, standards and team performance.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and support a team to deliver against KPIs and service standards
- Manage workloads, absence and day-to-day resource planning
- Oversee renewals, MTAs and new business enquiries
- Prepare insurer submissions and negotiate terms, premium and income
- Review market feedback and present suitable recommendations to clients
- Provide ongoing advice and arrange cover in line with client instructions
- Ensure accurate documentation, strong record keeping and FCA-compliant processes
- Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and colleagues
- Support debt management and flag any market or service concerns
Who this could suit

- Dip CII or ACII qualified, or working towards it, would be an advantage
