CNC Machine Operator

• Follow Standard Work Machine set up, running parts and preventative maintenance (PM). • Inspect, deburr, and perform manual operations and/or operate other equipment, including the selection and presetting of tools which will be required for the next scheduled job. • Update and maintain all visual controls and Create and/or support countermeasures and operate in and maintain a clean and safe environment. • Participate and engage in SMED, Kaizen events, and ‘5 Whys’ problem-solving exercises. • Resolve and/or report equipment abnormalities. • Follow company safety procedures and standards to insure individual and collective safety, in addition to avoiding unnecessary risk to oneself, co-workers, contractors, customers, and property.
