Salary: £30,000 per annum equivalent (PAYE)
Hours: 45 hours per week
Contract: Temporary assignment from 29th July 2026 to 29th September 2026
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multiskilled Engineer to join a facilities management team supporting a prestigious corporate environment in Milton Keynes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified engineer with experience in building services, facilities management or commercial maintenance environments.
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities
- Responding to reactive maintenance requests and breakdowns
- Undertaking electrical, mechanical and general building fabric maintenance
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs safely and efficiently
- Completing statutory compliance checks and maintenance records
- Maintaining plant rooms, equipment and building services systems
- Liaising with site teams, contractors and facilities personnel
- Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Previous experience working as a Multiskilled Engineer within facilities management, commercial buildings or building services
- Relevant engineering qualifications in either electrical or mechanical disciplines
- Experience carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Successful candidates will be required to complete pre-employment vetting and security screening before commencing employment
- Candidates must be able to provide documentation supporting their qualifications, employment history and Right to Work status
- Competitive PAYE salary equivalent to £30,000 per annum
- 45 hours per week
