About the Role
<p><strong>Registered Veterinary Nurse | Full-Time (No OOH)</strong></p>
<p>GVC is assisting a well-established small animal practice in recruiting a motivated and positive <strong>Registered Veterinary Nurse</strong>. This role is ideal for an RVN who is passionate about delivering gold-standard patient care and promoting excellence in veterinary nursing.</p>
<h3><strong>The Role</strong></h3>
<p>The successful candidate will work alongside a friendly and supportive team, providing high-quality care across all areas of nursing. Responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Anaesthesia monitoring and support</p>
<li>
<p>Nurse consultations</p>
<li>
<p>In-patient care</p>
<li>
<p>Collaborating with veterinarians, RVNs, and front-of-house colleagues</p>
</ul>
<p><strong>Hours:</strong> Full-time<br />
<strong>Out-of-Hours:</strong> Not required<br />
<strong>Saturday rota:</strong> Equal share, 8:30am – 12:30pm</p>
<h3><strong>Team & Facilities</strong></h3>

<p>Well-equipped practice including <strong>in-house laboratory, digital x-ray, ultrasound, dental machine</strong>, and access to a specialist ultra-sonographer for cardiology</p>

<p>Recognised training facilities for student nurses</p>

<p>Supportive team culture with regular in-house CPD and “lunch and learn” sessions</p>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Salary & Benefits </strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p><strong>Salary:</strong> Up to £30,000, dependent on experience</p>
<li>
<p><strong>6 weeks paid holiday</strong> including bank holidays</p>
<li>
<p><strong>CPD allowance:</strong> £600 per annum, funding actively encouraged</p>
<li>
<p><strong>RCVS membership</strong> paid, plus one additional subscription</p>
<li>
<p>VDS cover for the clinical team</p>
<li>
<p>Enhanced parental leave</p>
