Night Warehouse Operations Manager

<p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We are working closely with our client looking for an night Operations Manager, this is a confidential role running the night shift from 10-7 to<br /> reporting to the General manager the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience of working night within a warehouse environment.</p> <p>Budget control of 3 million.<br /> You will manage a team of 3 Night shift managers.</p> <p>Your experience will be :</p> <p>Worked in a Unionised Environment</p> <p>IT Skills &#8211; Excel/Word Etc</p> <p>Effective people management and Motivation.</p> <p>Decision Making and problem solving.</p> <p>Planning and Organising skills.</p> <p>Strong Self motivation.</p> <p>You will have Logistics and Warehouse experience &#8211; You might also have had container experience &#8211; you will be over seeing of products off and on to loading bays and back loading.</p> <p>Drive and deliver contractually agreed and budgeted KPI on delivery and service levels.</p> <p>Ensure the site remains safe and compliant throughout all chambers and ensure product integrity.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>45 hour per week contract<br /> 33 days holidays<br /> up to 55k Basic depending on experience<br /> Sunday &#8211; Thursday</p>
