About the Role

The person hired for the Key Account Manager CDMO role will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key customers in the area of Contract Development and Manufacturing services. This is a high‑impact position combining customer relationship management, commercial negotiations, portfolio development and active contribution to shaping the long‑term direction of the CDMO business at Polpharma. The role is being opened due to the growing scale and strategic importance of our CDMO operations — you will join at a moment of dynamic development and expansion. Your responsibilities Building, strengthening and developing long‑term business relationships with key CDMO customers, ensuring both value growth and high customer satisfaction. Managing the commercial pipeline: setting sales targets, forecasts and profitability expectations for assigned accounts. Coordinating the preparation of commercial offers: feasibility assessment, cost estimation and cooperation with the internal RFP and cross‑functional teams. Negotiating and managing agreements (Master Agreements, Statements of Work, Work Orders) and overseeing contractual execution. Organising and leading Business Review Meetings and client visits together with project teams. Monitoring contractual compliance and initiating corrective actions when needed. Identifying new business opportunities, scope extensions and avenues to grow the assigned customer portfolio. Ongoing collaboration with R&D, Production, QC, QA, Logistics, Sourcing, Finance and Regulatory teams to ensure seamless project execution. Analysing market trends and CDMO insights and translating them into actionable commercial directions. Our requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B sales or business development — ideally in pharmaceutical, chemical or technical industries. Proven experience in negotiating commercial contracts and managing strategic accounts. Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all organisational levels. Excellent organisational and coordination skills, including leading business meetings and cross‑functional collaboration. Very good command of English (B2/C1).
