Key Responsibilities: • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the school curriculum. • Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students. • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student learning and development. • Collaborate with staff to ensure continuity of education and support. • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to students and staff as required. Qualifications: • Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong classroom management abilities. • A commitment to fostering a safe and supportive learning environment.
