About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and enhance enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL). This role supports a large-scale, mission-critical Salesforce environment with high data volume and real-time integrations.
You will work closely with architects, administrators, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that directly impact operational workflows and back-office processes.
This position is ideal for a developer who enjoys hands-on Apex coding, solving complex integration challenges, and supporting production systems where reliability matters.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance custom Salesforce functionality using Apex (triggers, batch, asynchronous), Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and configuration
Support and improve Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL) workflows
Design, build, and maintain real-time and batch integrations using APIs, middleware, and platform events
Translate user stories and business requirements into technical designs and working solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements
Collaborate on data modeling, security/sharing configuration, and declarative automation (Flows, validation rules, assignment rules)
Participate in code reviews, testing, and release activities within an Agile team
Contribute to system stability in a high-availability, Tier 1 production environment
Required Qualifications
4–8 years of Salesforce development experience
Strong Apex development skills (programmatic, not primarily declarative)
Hands-on experience with Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning
Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments
Experience building and consuming integrations with external systems
Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and modern deployment practices (CI/CD, DevOps tools)
Ability to interpret requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with contact center or telephony integrations
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise or insurance platforms
ETL and data transformation knowledge
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I or higher; Field Service or Service Cloud certifications a plus)
Experience supporting high-volume Salesforce orgs
