Our approach protects clients and their investments from dangerous conditions and unexpected repairs.</div><div> <br><strong>Job Summary</strong><br> As a <strong>Lead Field Technician</strong>, you put smiles on Customers faces providing services to protect homeowners and their investments from dangerous conditions and unexpected repairs.  We are looking for a highly trustworthy and dependable individual skilled using hand tools and power equipment that enjoy working at Customer sites.<br> <br>Are you experienced, reliable, trustworthy, and highly skilled at home maintenance? <br><br><strong>Responsibilities </strong> </div><ul> <li>Greet Customers with a smile, review orders, and ensure satisfaction with services</li> <li>Perform exterior services: dryer vent cleaning, softwash and pressure washing, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning</li> <li>Perform internal services: checking smoke alarms, cleaning refrigerator coils, cleaning and changing filters</li> <li>Scope and complete miscellaneous property maintenance jobs, including installation and testing new equipment</li> <li>Create professional job reports using our digital mobile platform</li> <li>Train new field technicians</li> <li>Leaves no trace of trash, equipment use, or equipment/supplies</li> <li>Keep tools and equipment in clean and good working condition; performing regular preventative maintenance, and if necessary repair in the field</li> <li>Maintain equipment stock in the company vehicle, and vehicle readiness</li> <li>Drive company vehicle responsibly and safely to/from Customer sites</li> </ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul> <li>Proven work experience cleaning dryer vents, softwash and pressure washing</li> <li>Experience as a Field Service Technician, Handy Person, or equivalent</li> <li>Highly trustworthy, and exemplifies professional behavior</li> <li>Gets great satisfaction from doing high quality work efficiently, and ensuring Customers are fully satisfied with our services</li> <li>Has a strong safety record, especially with use of ladders and power equipment</li> <li>Strong communication skills, with a preference to bi-lingual </li> <li>Physically fit and able to work with heavy equipment and tools</li> <li>Skilled operating hand tools and power equipment, and solid problem solving abilities</li> <li>Excellent driving skills, with a clean driving record</li> <li>Ability to travel to work sites and work according to a changing schedule</li> <li>Excellent time management skills</li> <li>High school diploma or GED; U.S. Citizen (no sponsorship)</li> </ul><div><strong>Benefits/Perks</strong></div><ul> <li>Positive supportive work environment with growth opportunity</li> <li>Competitive pay</li> </ul> </div>
