KS2 Teacher (ECT)

Your role will include: Creating a calm, positive classroom where children feel safe to learn and try Planning and delivering engaging lessons, with support and guidance as you go Helping pupils prepare for SATs in a structured, manageable way Adapting your teaching to support all learners, including SEND and EAL Using feedback and assessment to help pupils move forward Building strong routines that make your day run that bit smoother Working closely with your mentor, team, and support staff What this school does differently This isn’t a “figure it out as you go” kind of school.
